1. Course Refunds

Eligibility for Refund:

  • You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

  • The refund request must be made via email to narsingbhovi528@gmail.com or by contacting customer support.

  • The course access should not be completed (i.e., all lessons or materials not viewed) before requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Fees:

2. Course Cancellation

Cancellation Process:

  • If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, please contact us at narsingbhovi528@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • We will process the cancellation and issue a refund if applicable.

  • Cancellation requests after the refund window will not be processed.

3. Return Policy for Physical Products (if applicable)

  • If you have purchased physical products like books or kits, returns are accepted within 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged during delivery.

  • Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Method:
